Here's exactly what we never ask you for.
We don't need:

Your child's full nameA first name or initial is optional — you can skip it.

Their school or date of birthAge band only — never an exact date of birth.

Photos, screenshots or messagesWe're not collecting evidence or monitoring your child.
How we use your answers
We use your answers to build your Household Plan, which a real person checks before it's sent. We use your email to deliver the plan and, if you choose, to send updates.
How long we keep your answers
We keep as little as possible. The detailed answers and any optional first name are deleted within 30 days of delivering your plan.
Payment
Payment is handled by Stripe. Levelhead never sees or stores your card details.
