Your first three actions
The order matters. Do these before you work through the rest of your library.
Sample plan
This is a sample for a 13-year-old who uses Snapchat and Instagram — dated, in priority order, and linked to the exact guides. Your own plan is built from your answers and checked by a real person before it reaches you.

Where your child stands
Each area gets a simple rating and one practical note. Anything we can't tell from your answers becomes a "find this out" action — never an inflated risk.
| Area | Where it stands | How sure | What to do |
|---|---|---|---|
| Device and settings | Moderate | Medium | Device controls exist but haven't been checked recently. |
| Contact and platform | Higher | Medium | Some accounts may allow contact from people not known offline. |
| Image and location | Moderate | High | Focus on photo visibility and location-sharing settings. |
| Family readiness | Lower | High | Your child trusting you enough to tell you is a real strength. Keep it that way. |
Conversation for this week
"If anyone ever threatens to share a photo, asks for money, or says you'll be in trouble if you tell me, the rule is simple: stop replying, don't pay, don't delete anything, and come to me. You won't be in trouble for telling me."
